Tuggerawong Retirement Village

The village is situated in Cadonia Road at Tuggerawong which is in the Tuggerah Lakes area about 5km east of Wyong on the Central Coast of New South Wales.

The village consists of 22 one bedroom units. Some units have garages. There is an onsite Recreation Hall and BBQ Pavillion for use by residents.

There is a doctors surgery, pharmacy, petrol station, bakery, and shops a short distance away on the corner of Tuggerawong and Cadonia Road. The lake is a short walk from the village. The bus stop is close by for buses to either Lake Haven Shopping Centre or Wyong Shopping Centre and Railway station.

The village is owned by Central Coast Council and run as a not for profit by volunteers of The Lions Club of Wyong under a Management agreement with Central Coast Council and therefore is affordable housing for residents. Units are let on a Residential lease basis.
The village is a short drive to many facilities on the Central Coast. Toukley and beautiful beaches, coffee shops, shopping centres, parks etc. Wyong hospital is only 5 km away.
